The Negramaro Suite is the ideal choice for those seeking comfort and functionality in an elegant and welcoming setting. It consists of two spacious rooms, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom, featuring high vaulted ceilings and access to a balcony overlooking the front of the property, with a total area of approximately 45 sqm. Guests will have access (starting from 2026) to the Rooftop Terrace, equipped with a mini-pool.
Primitivo Suite
The Primitivo Suite offers a spacious environment, finely renovated and tastefully furnished, both cozy and comfortable. It consists of two rooms and a bathroom, with high vaulted ceilings and access to a small balcony at the rear of the property, with a total area of approximately 45 sqm, fully air-conditioned. Guests will have access (starting from 2026) to a large Rooftop Terrace equipped with a mini-pool.
Rooftop
Starting in 2026, the “Rooftop” will be available — a nearly 100 sqm panoramic terrace exclusively for guests of the Negramaro and Primitivo suites. It will feature stylish outdoor furnishings, a mini-pool, a barbecue, and other comforts!
